Hotel Pousada Bonsai - Bonito (Mato Grosso do Sul)

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and there were a couple of things that we liked. First, the pool was a great feature. It was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed swimming and lounging by the poolside. Second, the breakfast buffet was delicious. There was a good variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and other tasty options to choose from. It was a great way to start our day.

We also experienced a few negative aspects during our stay. The language barrier was a major issue.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from the city center, making it easy to explore the area's attractions. the rooms may be on the small side, but they come with useful amenities such as a minibar and TV. the breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a variety of options to start your day off right.

The staff's lack of English language fluency may pose a challenge for international guests.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, only a short walk away. the staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to assist even if they don't speak fluent English. the rooms are clean with a comfortable bed and a minibar, and the breakfast is tasty with a perfect mix of fruits, bread, and hot beverages.

The rooms are small and don't have much storage, with only two shelves and no closet. the hot water can be a problem, with only a small window for it, and the internet is slow.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The pool and enclosed hot tub were a great addition, especially during the rainy season. The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from the downtown area.

Couldn't fault anything.
